Hello, my name is Leo Olivarez Sáenz and I love the Hebrew language perhaps because like many Hispanics, I have Jewish ancestry. It may be because I believe that Jesus, whose Hebrew name is Yeshua, is the Messiah and Lord, and the Old Testament Scriptures (known as the Tanakh among the Jews), which were originally written in Hebrew, foretold of His coming and His death. I intend to motivate you to discover the riches of the Hebrew language and the Jewish roots of many Hispanics as well as all Christian believers.
One more thing: Don’t be put off by the title Reverend. The Only One worthy of fear and respect is the God of the Bible. I am a reverend in the sense that I fear God, and this is the beginning of wisdom, cf. Proverbs 1:7. I say let’s start there. Shalom!
